To return and exchange goods, you must bring along the tax invoice to the store.

7-day exchange policy for goods that have not been used:

You can exchange the goods within 7-days from date of purchase.

The following conditions apply:

  1. The goods must be in the original condition and packaging.
  2. The goods must not have been used.
  3. The goods must still have all the tags and prices attached.
  4. Goods that have been altered or tailored cannot be exchanged.

30 day return policy for defective goods:

If the goods are defective due to a factory default, you can return them within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The following conditions apply:

  1. The goods must have been used for their intended purpose.
  2. The goods must have been cared for according to the wash/care instruction labels.

If the damages occur within the 30-day period, we will have them repaired at no extra cost.

If there are any damages, Freddy can have them repaired at a cost of R50 after a 30-day period of purchase.

We will either:

  • Repair or replace the goods, depending on the situation.
  • Issue a credit note for the same amount which may be redeemable at another point.
  • Please note that cash refunds will ONLY be allowed, whether defective or never been used, if the goods were returned in 10 days. The cash refund policy will also be subject to the conditions of the 7 and 30 day period above.
  • Please note that NO REFUNDS will be made on SALE items, only store credit may be issued.
